Jevaughn “Pancho” Williams is a celebrated dancer and choreographer from Jamaica, best known for his work with the dance group Team Cautiion. A graduate of the Edna Manley College with a degree in Performance and Choreography, Pancho has made a global impact through his work in dancehall.

He is the creator of iconic dance moves like Gunman, Cautiious, Warrior, and Ghetto Groove, all of which are still widely performed today. Pancho’s choreography has been featured in collaborations with top artists and brands, earning him international recognition.

With a deep commitment to preserving and evolving Jamaican dancehall culture, Pancho continues to inspire and influence dancers worldwide while staying true to his roots and passion for the craft.

Racquel Monteith is a highly skilled and dedicated dance professional with a passion for sharing her culture and spreading the joy of dancehall through education

Racquel has also had the opportunity to perform alongside some of the biggest names in the dancehall industry. She has appeared in music videos, shows, and live events, showcasing her impressive skills and charisma on stage.

Racquel’s dedication to her craft has earned her numerous accolades, including being crowned the Dancehall Queen of Mecca in 2024, with other scholarly accomplishments like obtaining her degree in dance education.
